ABOUT CIRCUIBRAS

We are a 100% Brazilian company producing Circuit Boards printed single-sided, double-sided and multilayers of high complexity, with up to 24 layers. In activity since the year 1985, Circuibras has the UL Certification (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.), ISO 9001:2015 (Bureau Veritas Certification) and ISO 14001:2015 (Bureau Veritas Certification)

1985 – CIRCUIBRAS begins production on a small area of ​​80m², but already competing with major PCB manufacturers in quality and productivity.

1986 – Begins production of Double Face with a capacity of 100m/month.

1994 – After changes in society, began in string of successful investments in equipment and deployment of new technologies, which have brought great returns in productivity and quality.

1998 – CIRCUIBRAS had its products approved by UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.) Certificate No. E193328.

1999 – Relocation to current headquarters of 1.500 m² of built area. Start of production of multilayers boards (4 and 6 layers).

2002 – CIRCUIBRAS received ISO 9001 certification by Bureau Veritas Certification.

2006 – Start of production “LEAD FREE”. Increased multilayer up to 20 layers. Increased plant of 3000m2 and 1.500m2 production capacity.

2008 – CIRCUIBRAS starts producing BLIND VIAS VIAS and burried.

2009 – With new investments, we expanded our production capacity to 2500 m² of printed circuit boards / month and industrial plant to 4000 square meters of built area.

2010 – Starts up plan to become one of the best circuits boards factories Brazil’s printed, with the FLEXIBILITY as a key word in this process.

2011 – Automation of all stages of production, including the acquisition of equipment such as inkjet printer, laser direct image and direct metallization.

2012 – Production of high complexity boards with trails and insulations of up to 0.05 mm (2mils) and 24 layers.

2015 – Latest equipment acquisition for the areas of Image and Chemical Process and completion of the expansion of the factory.

2016 – Circuibras is starting to supply in scale to high-tech segments such as desktops and LCD TVs.

2018 – Acquisition of a new plant in the city of Araucária aiming a twofold in production. Obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.

2020 – Start of operations in the new site at Araucária. ISO14001:2015 certified.

 

CERTIFICATIONS

Underwrites laboratories (UL) is an organization founded in 1894 in the United States. It is responsible for the certification of products and their safety. The UL symbol is found on many products, especially in the electrical engineering area. Products exported to the US and Canada, usually need to be classified according to the rules and UL standards.

An important role is, for example, the classification of plastics according to the flammability test UL 94 (UL 94 = Tests for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Applications).

ISO 9001: 2015

Circuibras has power and complete control over their processes. Its Quality Management System is certified by Bureau Veritas. All their Printed Circuit Board manufacturing processes are controlled and managed through the application of its Quality Management System.
